Learning and Development Strategy
The overall purpose of the Learning and Development Strategy is to provide the framework for learning and development events in Kirklees to ensure that people working with children, young people, adults and families are appropriately skilled and competent.
The strategy has been developed in the context of Government guidance and legislation, it sets out the core values underpinning all learning and development events, and it recognises the different skills and knowledge required by different staff in all levels of an organisation.
